Saskatchewan Draw_ Sept 24, 2020
A total of 535 candidates were invited to apply for Canadian PR by the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) on September 24, 2020. Candidates from the International Skilled worker category through Express Entry and Occupations In-Demand subcategories were invited to apply for a Canadian PR.
To be selected by the SINP:
- Candidates must have submitted an Expression of Interest (EOI);
- No job offer is required but candidates must have at least 1 year of work experience in an eligible skilled occupation related to their field of study. Candidates having the skills needed by the Saskatchewan’s job market will be issued an ‘’Invitation To Apply (ITA)’’ from the International Skilled Worker EOI system. These include connections to the province, work experience, and language proficiency.
The size and frequency of EOI Selections are based on labour market need; provincial priorities, and the number of applications processed since the last EOI Selection. Selections take place every two months, at a minimum.
An International Skilled Worker Expression Of Interest (EOI) submission is a pre-application that allows candidates to fill out an online form indicating their interest in applying to the SINP and show their qualifications.
